Disgaea DS is a tactical role-playing game (RPG) originally developed by Nippon Ichi Software. The game transports you to the Netherworld, a dark and humorous world filled with demons and mysterious creatures. You take on the role of Laharl, the demon prince who must fight to reclaim his rightful place as ruler of the Netherworld after a long slumber. With his loyal companions, including the sarcastic Etna and the loyal Prinnies, Laharl must navigate through numerous strategic battles.

The gameplay of Disgaea DS revolves around turn-based battles on a grid, similar to chess. Each unit possesses unique skills, and you can strategically position them on the battlefield to defeat enemies.
