What is the DSi?
The DSi falls under hardware and is a model from Nintendo's DS series. The preceding model for the DSi is the DS Lite. There are newer models available now, such as the 3DS.

What are the innovations of the DSi?
The DSi is the successor to the DS Lite. Key innovations include:
-Front and rear cameras
-SD card slot
-Built-in music player
-No GBA slot
-Shorter battery life

What about games on the DSi?
It is still possible to purchase and play regular DS games on the DSi. However, games designed for newer models are unfortunately not compatible.

Why does the DSi have a higher resolution than the DS?
One major advantage of the DSi over the DS is that the screen resolution is higher than that of the DS. This allows for even better visibility of details and colors.

Why can't I download games on the DSi?
It seems possible to download games on the DSi through the DSi itself. I tried doing this myself, but it didn't work out. The DSi first wanted to update its software via the internet using wifi. However, the update was interrupted halfway through.
