A bad game and definitely not recommended
The game looks funny at first, but after playing for a few minutes, you realize it's simply not a stable game for a DS. This is evident throughout the game; for example, the graphics are so poor that you can't tell when you're about to collide with an object.
The controls aren't much better either, as you have to perform all the tricks using the touchscreen. Because you can't be very precise with it, this means you just end up randomly scribbling with your stylus and hoping for the best.
There are different game modes in Skate It, but each one is as bad as the next, as they all have a flaw so significant that it completely ruins the fun. A good example of this is in one of the mini-games where you have to perform tricks on an object alongside some computer players, but the issue is that you keep colliding with the computer and can't execute the trick.
