Interactive experience with plenty to do.
Spirit Tracks is an amazing game that extensively utilizes the touch screen controls. When I think of touch screen controls, I think of tired hands after a gaming session. But nothing could be further from the truth; I've poured hours into the game (my average play session is 1:41 hours) and my hands have never let me down.

The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks offers an interactive way for you to rediscover the world of Hyrule, and it never gets old. My favorite things about this game are controlling the train, playing the pan flute, and helping the people.

Better Phantom Hourglass
This game is very similar in terms of gameplay and design to the other Zelda game for the Nintendo DS: Phantom Hourglass. However, I find The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks to be much better.

The story is much more enjoyable, and Zelda's character is very pleasant and sometimes quite funny. There are also some fun references to Phantom Hourglass to be found in the game.

Like Phantom Hourglass, you play as Link, using the touchscreen to control him. This may not sound very appealing, but you quickly get used to it. It's not the most challenging Zelda game in terms of dungeons and boss fights, but fortunately, it's not too easy either. If you're a fan of the Zelda series, then this is definitely a game worth trying out, and it's still a top game for the Nintendo DS.
