To get rid of sour piñatas in your garden in Viva Piñata: Pocket Paradise, you can hit them with your shovel. Instead of paying coins to those nasty creatures, you can purchase a dog with a collar or you can hit them with the orange *action* shovel and they will go away on their own. Be careful to also smash the dark candies so your piñatas don't get sick. This works on all sour piñatas.
